‘Uwian na, may nanalo na!’ Pinay K-drama fan gets selfie with Korean actor Ji Soo during a café visit in Cavite

Korean actor Ji Soo sneaked into the country for some chill time and a lucky fan got the chance to have a selfie with him during a visit to a café in General Trias in Cavite.

It looks like Korean actor Ji Soo quietly slipped into the country for a bit of R&R. But a lucky Pinay K-drama fan lived her Hae Soo dreams when the “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo” star dropped by her café in General Trias, Cavite.

Mia Pilapil, who owns Café Mia at The Primrose, shared the swoon-worthy encounter on her café’s official page, posting pics of the heartthrob and captioning it:

“Korean actor Ji Soo, one of the princes of the Kdrama ‘Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo and co-star of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon was in Café Mia at The Primrose. Happy to host you,” she captioned her photos with the actor.

Her snapshots with Ji Soo were posted on Monday, a few days after the actor supposedly returned to South Korea.

“Uwian na, may nanalo na,” a Ji Soo fan club in the Philippines exclaimed in a social media post. It also said the actor had a photo shoot in the café.

“Jisoo can be seen holding the phone, this girl is living her Hae Soo dream now and we all envy her,” it added, referring to the female lead character played by IU in the 2016 drama hit “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo.”

A lucky fan also got a once-in-a-lifetime celebrity sighting when the actor was spotted at a bustling Poblacion bar in Makati City. Another fan said Ji Soo was with fellow actor and “Alchemy of Souls” star Shin Seung-ho at that time.

While his arrival was without much fanfare, Ji Soo graced his Pinoy fans with pics of him soaking in Manila’s stunning sunset.

After taking a step back from the limelight due to school bullying allegations in 2021, Ji Soo has emerged from his military service and is gearing for a comeback in the entertainment scene.

He was the male lead in the K-drama series “River Where the Moon Rises” but was replaced after the sixth episode following the controversy. Now, it seems that he’s ready to make his mark once again.
