Happily married with Baby No. 3 on the way, the pair recently dished out real talk about blocking exes.
Slater revealed his ex-blocking strategy, saying he was more conscious before blocking an ex because he did not want them to think that he was affected by them. However, he said that this has drawbacks because when he sees their posts, he tends to overthink.
So, his secret move is the subtle fade-out, gradually muting the ex before hitting the delete button. Kryz, the queen of practicality, jumped in with her two cents on blocking an old flame.
“Anyway, ako naman, I think it… Again, it depends on the situation, right? If he was a total a**hole then yes, of course, block him. Get him out of your life. For me naman, I think what you mentioned earlier is more of a kind of coping mechanism to get over that person ’cause I was blocked… or deleted. Basta hindi na kami… Okay lang din, aanhin ko pa ba yun, ‘di ba?” said Kryz.
She also emphasized that blocking isn’t a big deal and is, in fact, a healthier option for everyone involved. “Ako ‘di naman ako na-hurt na na-block ako [nung ex ko]. Parang gets ko naman,” she said.
