Peter Groseclose is inching closer to his Winter Youth Olympics dreams. The 17-year-old recently made history, breaking the Southeast Asian record for the 1500m in short track speed skating with a time of 41.18 seconds, according to Philippine Skating Union.
During the recently held Asian Winter Games in Harbin, Groseclose came close to medal contention but eventually bowed out of the 1000m quarterfinal, as he placed third in group 4 with a time of 1:28.045.
