Real life meets K-drama: This Pinay tourist’s luggage struggle at train station in Seoul leads to unexpected run-in with K-pop heartthrobs

Two K-pop idols saved the day!

How lucky can she get?

In a scene that could rival any K-drama, a Pinoy tourist found herself struggling to lug her heavy suitcase up the steps of Hyewa Station in Seoul.

But before she could even break a sweat, two dashing strangers swooped in to her rescue. Little did she know, these chivalrous heroes were none other than K-pop idols!

This wasn’t a scripted moment, folks—this was real life, and vlogger Kristine Roces, known as RealAsianBeauty, got to live out her own “my life is like a K-drama” moment.

“UPDATE! Sikat pala sila, OMG!! 도와 주셔서 감사합니다 ❤️,” exclaimed the vlogger, who also goes by @kristineroces on TikTok, as she expressed her gratitude to the two members of the boy group Withus, Janghyeon and Hwanrok.

As soon as she shared her “struggle” on social media, eagle-eyed netizens were quick to identify these idols.

“Things that will happen if you travel to South Korea. Can’t believe I caught this on camera, this is not scripted! 감사합니다 #KRinKorea,” she captioned her video, and the internet couldn’t handle the swoon-worthy encounter.

“Aww.. gentlemen indeed. Nakakakilig naman un,” a giddy netizen wrote in the comment section.

“Kinilig Ako sa dalawang guy,” chimed another netizen who was clearly over the moon.
