Manalo was chosen to represent the Philippines in the inaugural Miss Cosmo competition after her second runner-up finish in Miss Universe Philippines 2024. The Miss Cosmo 2024 coronation night will take place on October 5 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
