Get ready, Wattpad fans because the kilig-filled world of “Seducing Drake Palma” is now a full-blown series and it’s giving all the right feels.
The viral novel by Ariesa Jane Domingo (aka Beeyotch), which racked up over 120 million reads, premiered as a digital series on Viva One on June 15.
Bringing the beloved story to life is Viva’s newest love team: Rabin Angeles and Angela Muji. Rabin plays the mysterious and brooding Drake Palma, while Angela takes on the role of Alys Perez, the brave and bold girl dared to win his heart.
Directed by Crisanto B. Aquino (Write About Love, My Future You), the 16-episode series promises to deliver all the tension, drama, and slow burn romance that made the book a hit, with new episodes dropping every Friday.
In an Instagram post, Rabin gave a shoutout to his on-screen partner, saying Angela gave her all for the role.
“Working with Angela has been such a great experience. She’s kind, hardworking, and truly gave her all in this role. I’m so proud to share this project with her,” he said, adding even more fuel to the kilig fans are already feeling for their chemistry.
