Sa nakaraang episode ng “Senior High” ilang eksena ang tumalakay sa sekswalidad ni Tim, na kahit na may girlfriend na ay hindi napigilang mahulog kay Poch. Puring-puri ng mga fans ng palabas ang lalim ng pag-atake ni Zaijian sa kanyang role, maging ang positibong portrayal ng LGBT issues sa palabas.
Sa isang particular na eksena kung saan inamin ni Tim ang kanyang espesyal na pagtingin kay Poch na isa ring lalaki, agad tinanggap ng kanyang ama na si Elmo (Gerald Madrid) ang saloobin ng anak.
