Filipina drag superstar Marina Summers shared that she got a sweet DM from KATSEYE leader Sophia Laforteza after posting her fiery cover of the group’s song “Gabriela.”
Sophia didn’t stop at just complimenting her privately. She also shared Marina’s performance through KATSEYE’s official account, calling it an absolute slay.

Both Filipino stars are thriving internationally. Sophia made a debut as part of the HYBE and GEFFEN Records girl group KATSEYE after earning her spot on the survival show “The Debut: Dream Academy.”
Marina, on the other hand, rose to fame when she became a finalist in “RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK vs. the World.” She now serves as a judge on “Drag Race: Slaysian Royale.”
