“The concept here is that you can work, you can study. It’s like a restaurant in your working space, and if there’s an opportunity for someone like me who has a startup, you can display your local products here,” said Noli Mercader, the operations head of Lola Sayong, in an interview with bicoldotph.
In this roomy hangout, guests can grind on their projects while soaking up the epic art all around them. Feeling artsy? No problem because there are free art supplies, so anyone can scratch that creative itch right then and there.
Patrons can even choose to take their art home or leave it behind for everyone to admire it, making “Lola Sayong” a constantly evolving art gallery.
And when hunger strikes, the resto has got guests covered with delectable offerings straight from the heart of Gubat, Sorsogon, Lola Sayong’s origins. The superstars of their menu include “Pork Bar Real,” “Smoked Fish Out of Hell,” and “Chicken Sheet”—all served up with rice. They also serve some next-level shakes with flavors made from the freshest fruits.
