Whether your furball is a ‘chonky,’ a diva, a zoomie master, or outright weird, felines of all shapes, sizes, and breeds deserve to be celebrated and pampered, if not every day, on International Cat Day.

The special occasion is held on August 8 every year to raise awareness for cats and learn about ways to help them and protect their welfare.

For the occasion, we rounded up the purr-fect spots in the metro and nearby provinces where you can take your adorable floofs on a date and fill their day with extra cuddles, ear scratches, and treats (and ours with great food, coffee, and furry company).
