After three Filipinas made their debut with global K-pop group UNIS, another Pinay is set to shine on the K-pop stage.
Sophia Laforteza, who topped the talent reality show “Dream Academy” under HYBE Label, is gearing up for her debut as part of the girl group KATSEYE.
HYBE, the label behind K-pop supergroup BTS, will co-manage KATSEYE along with Geffen Records.
Sophia will be joined by members Manon, Lara, Megan, Daniela, and Yoonchae for their global debut on June 28.
