The “Fault in Our Stars” author John Green, known for breaking hearts and topping bestseller lists, has been spotted in Guimaras, and fans who ran into him basically unlocked a life achievement.
The bestselling author and YouTuber is in the province to support the TB-Free Guimaras Island Initiative, continuing his long-running push to raise awareness about tuberculosis.
Green, known for making millions cry with The Fault in Our Stars, has also been active in raising awareness about tuberculosis. He recently wrote his latest novel “Everything is Tuberculosis” as part of his advocacy.
His visit to the island and surprise book signing for fans, made those who were lucky enough to meet him cry “bucket list” achieved.
