Instead of the “new year, new me” mindset, actress Jodi Sta. Maria believes change and growth can happen every day, not just after 365 days.
In a recent Instagram post, Jodi reflected on the power of embracing a fresh start each day.
“In the quiet moments of reflection, I was reminded that our greatest strength emerges from the hardest storms and life has its way of being gracious to let us begin again more intentional – to heal, to forgive, to grow, and to let go of everything that weighs us down,” she said.
“Every day, not just every New Year, is a gift, a canvas waiting to be painted with colors of peace, hope, and courage,” she went on to say.
For Jodi, it’s all about making and accepting changes, and trusting the entire process.”Embracing this new chapter. Trusting every step is leading us to where we are meant to be,” she said.
Early this week, the actress revealed she’s taking a break from acting after the hit TV series, “Lavender Fields” airs its final episode on January 24 to pursue a master’s program in clinical psychology—a new chapter that’s all about personal growth.
