When Nadine Lustre first crossed paths with Christophe Bariou, she thought he was cute. Introduced by friends in Siargao, Nadine didn’t know then that Christophe was feeling the same spark, but with an added surprise.
Spilling the tea on his newly established broadcast channel on Instagram, the French businessman said that even when Nadine was on “vacation mode,” he noticed something special: she was always hard at work on her laptop, radiating focus, and this impressed him so much.
He also said that he thought she was really cute but was hesitant at first about dating a celebrity.
“When I eventually learned she was ‘kind of famous,’ I initially thought, ‘Never mind, no way, I don’t want drama.’ (Always been trying to stay low key). But after talking to her one-on-one, I realized we had a lot in common, and she was surprisingly down-to-earth,” he revealed.
