In a heartwarming moment captured in a video shared with “Bayan Mo, iPatrol Mo,” Doc Mariel can be seen giving her patient, Nanay Adela Didal, a glow-up just in time for her son’s graduation. It was the first time Nanay Adela got to wear makeup, all thanks to Doc Mariel’s thoughtful touch.
During her routine checkup, Nanay Adela had mentioned the graduation, and Doc Mariel saw it as a perfect opportunity to lift her spirits with a little makeover.

Speaking to ABS-CBN News, Doc Mariel shared that this wasn’t just a one-sided feel-good moment.
“I was really moved, I was really touched. It’s such a happy thing na you go there thinking na you’re gonna be helping them. But at the end of the day as a doctor, ikaw pala yung natutulungan this time by being appreciated,” she said.
